You really think Alies will allow Trump to dictate to him what talent he puts on air...?

This is one event...less these ratings will not be that impactfull...

Remember the snotty “Heard from God lately?” question to Cruz from Kelly? That was beyond disrespectful, both to the candidate and his supporters

Absolutley. With that I can wholeheartly agree. The question is what's he going to do about it? Speak up or Beck out?

“Not only should Trump be protesting, but so should Cruz.”

Agree

“The media doesn’t hate Trump. If they did, they would ignore him.”

They can’t ignore him. It’s inarguable that he draws viewers, and viewers make them money. For them, that trumps everything (no pun intended).

Given the number of viewers Donald Trump has been able to attract now over the course of his candidacy at every appearance, and the outcome of the national polling to date, I do not believe that Ailes will ignore Donald Trump’s concerns and will instead find some compromise, lest Fox ratings suffer more than a glancing blow and the increasing possibility that staying in Donald Trump’s face will cause problems with future WH coverage, which will, if such coverage is disabled to any degree, greatly affect ratings for a long time in the future.

Like the biblical Samson, Megyn Kelly lost all her power when she chopped her hair off.

Bad move, Meggie, baby.

Lighter in the head, she then thought she could slay Trump with the biblical jawbone of an ass, her own.

Didn't and won't happen, Meggie

Hallelujah!

I would ask Clarence Thomas for his recommendations, since I respect him the most, and trust that he would pick two candidates with Strict Constructionist principles (and YOUNG and HEALTHY!)

I disagree about the ratings. Trump’s absence might drive even bigger ratings. The question for me is whether staying away will be better than walking into the final traps the establishment has set.
I think twittering gives him excellent reason to stay home, avoid the traps on there of Iowa, and gain a huge number of followers who check in to see his tweets. And a last minute flu or virus answers why he is absent. Give zero notice.

No he isn't.

But you, poor thing, refuse to face reality as it is.

Let's disband the debates altogether. I'm sick of them

Honestly, I think Trump already has Meghan over a barrel. If she comes out and attacks him, he's already pointed out that she biased, and she proved it. If she's more sedate, he caused it.

It's checkmate for Trump.

Reagan didn't let the media get to him.

Reagan didn't own the New York Times.

Trump owns The New York Times without the loses, Twitter.

Reagan had to let the NYTs in to his rallies.

Trump bans them.

I presume you are referring to the all important ‘Trump War on Women’ questions?

I can’t believe how people melt down about tough questions being asked in a debate.

Maybe each candidate should submit the list of questions they will want to be asked before the debate. Then if the questions are too tough they only have themselves to blame. (Sarcasm off)

Now have the mods done a bad job at times in the debates? Yes!
Especially when they’ve been trying to get one candidate to attack or trash another. I’m thinking it’s fair game though to ask about things a candidate has said or done as well as their policy stands/beliefs.

I don’t remember any other election when I have felt more “communicated with” than this one. Trump’s tweets, his many rallys, his many appearances on the networks, his emails to my inbox. (His emails are few and welcome, compared to the other Republicans that only want donations). I am confident that once he is president, he will continue to keep the lines of communication open with the American people. He has a way of uplifting us and including us in our own government. For once, I can really see how government by the people really works.

Trump is really good at using the media so effectively which he claims he hates. He plays it perfectly.

If Megyn is dumped because of Trump, another order for a Trump jacket will be on the way.

I agree and it’s because he listens to people and hears what they say. He is a master at communicating by using short phrases repeatedly that lock in with people. The elite call it disconnected thought and speech. I laugh every time I see that sort of criticism. Little do the establishment people know. The voting public understand him. It’s time the elites..establishment find out about the real world!
