Now that’s my kind of food, ie simmered meatballs all afternoon. What kind of meat you using and the seasoning? Adn what kind of wine?

Half Italian sausage half ground round mixed with egg, panko bread crumbs, and seasonings. A little red wine in the sauce and a few pinches of sugar to cut the acid. Simmering now while the cook enjoys some pre-rally libations!
