Whether one likes or dislikes Trump, it was inexcusable for any news network to issue that childish, mocking press release. Any candidate, unless they were desperate for media exposure, would have skipped the debate.

There’s no way Trump is skipping the debate — that’s his usual attention getting hype. Only his cult followers fall for this act, or even care anymore whether he shows up. And as for “childish, mocking press releases”, well, all I can say is the law of reciprocity can be a b*tch sometimes.
