I just don’t think people get it. We’ve let the government and the news media control our lives for so long...if one thing Donald Trumps campaign has done it has broken the hold of the government elitist and news media has had over us...well some of us..who says a candidate has to attend all debates...what hasn’t been discussed already...at this point it’s just stupid repetition... I don’t think he’s afraid of anyone...he’s the one playing them.
Right now they would have to fire Ailes, remove Kelly from the debate and drop $10 million in the warrior fund. If they did that he might show up.

As I stated on another post, for years, folks on FR were condemning the debates, now they are condemning Trump for not attending. Sad!
And you are right—it is not like we are going to learn anything new...most of the professional political class says one thing and does another anyway.
I have a good excuse not to watch the debate—for a long time it has been like a gaper at an accident—I don’t like what I see, but I must look. If Trump does some other televised event, I will watch that; otherwise, I will watch something on Netflix ;)
So what??, I 'm not playing a woman card, I'm playing a gentleman card, real men may notice all that, but they aren't crass enough to lower themselves to where they think that they have the right or responsibility to voice it.
Interesting insight. I certainly agree that vulnerability is a possibility. But if everybody really does hate you, you're not really paranoid, are you? I think the national review attacks as well as the snide remarks from Fox prior to the debate made it obvious that he had a target on his back. If he goes into a town hall and takes hard questions, answering them well, as well as giving the proceeds to veterans, I think he can overcome the vulnerabilities. What say you?
