Trumpâs refusal to participate in Thursday nightâs debate as long as Kelly is moderating smacks of sexism.
She doesnât call herself a feminist. âBut every so often, as all [women] know, you have to stop and slap somebody around a little bit who doesnât understand that we are actually equals and not second-class citizens,â Kelly said in the article.
When Kelly returned to Fox News Channel from maternity leave in 2011, she challenged on her show the conservative radio host Mike Gallagher, who had called her three months off with her baby a âracket.â
âI want you to know that the United States is the only country in the advanced world that doesnât require paid maternity leave,â she told him. âIf anything, the United States is in the dark ages when it comes to maternity leave. And what is it about getting pregnant and carrying a baby for nine months that you donât think deserves a few months off so bonding and recovery can take place?â
Two years later, she took on another conservative commentator, Erick Erickson, after he wrote about how terrible it was for civilization that women were increasingly becoming the breadwinners in their households.
âWhat makes you dominant and me submissive and who died and made you scientist in chief?âshe asked him.
The New York Magazine profile recounted how after that moment, Sheryl Sandberg, Facebookâs chief operating officer and author of the book âLean In,â which encourages women to advocate for themselves, called Kelly and said, âI love you, you are awesome.â
Without asking for it, Kelly has become something of a feminist icon just by being a woman who stands up for herself.

How ironic. South park did an episode on so claled anti-bullying bullies.
What’s “sexism”? Calling a boy a boy and a girl a girl.
“Sexism” is one of the stupidest words and confused concepts known to man.
Oh, brother. Meanwhile he’s turned his business over to his gorgeous daughter and, again, how many women work for him?
Megen is some piece of work. Talk about having your cake...
[Kelly has become something of a feminist icon just by being a woman who stands up for herself.]
But when Trump stands up for himself and refuses to be the target of a planned ambush, he’s called a sissy.... unbelievable!
Since when did the moderator become the story? This is candidates running for president not her.
How can all these “strong” women be such babies? I don’t give wymyn (there’s a difference) a high five for being uncouth bullies who couldn’t back their words up if they didn’t get a free CYA from the culture.
This column makes me think the fix was in and they were waiting to write a piece on the evil sexist Trump after the debate. Trump gave the leftist press blue balls by dropping out (pardon my Francois).
Megyn would have more credibility if she didn’t choose to dress like a Vegas hooker.
She’ll be a lefty heroine now that she sucked up to Michael Moore. Despicable contemptible witch.
Yeah........her and Micheal Moore had a love fest last night. She is a true champion over sexism. barf.

I think the fix was in and she was supposed to gender attack Trump and also Muslim ambush him with some jihadi female on youtube.
WTF OVR! What kind of PC BS claptrap id this garbage?
The left (via Sandra Bernhard) calling for Sarah Palin to be gangraped by her “black brothers” if Palin ever showed her face in NYC, was just peachy though.
“Megyn would have more credibility if she didnât choose to dress like a Vegas hooker.”
Exactly. Or pose half naked on in men magazines.
Since most of her on-air wardrobe consists of black leather and those around her hope she comes into their office with a whip.
Goes with her new dyke leftist hair cut.
The more MSM praises the sexist victim, MEGAN KELLY, the more DONALD TRUMP rises in stature.
