What Fox News did in the first debate, and what they were preparing to do in tonight’s debate is specifically called out as disallowed in the FEC regulations:

(b) Debate structure. The structure of debates staged in accordance with this section and 11 CFR 114.4(f) is left to the discretion of the staging organizations(s), provided that:
(1) Such debates include at least two candidates; and
(2) The staging organization(s) does not structure the debates to promote or advance one candidate over another.
Trump is right to walk out on such an event, as right as you or I would be if we walked out on a crooked poker game.
That’s VERY Interesting !
wow. all the candidates who were not “advanced” (given puff questions or informed pre-debate such as nuclear triad question) should have a lawsuit. Trump could lead that charge since he has so much experience in the area.

Great catch. Thank you.
.
All of the previous debates have been structured to showcase Trump, the destroyer that they are foisting on the election, to destroy conservatism.
They even gave him special time at the end of every debate.
Let Tantrum boy wizz on your face if you wish.
.
Good find on the FEC rules

All the News stations could benefit from reading these rules.
