his hands were going to an area where a weapon might have been, if he was explaining he was armed and not trying to pull it, he would have reached there
but that was way too quick, I think that if he showed a weapon, the cops in front of him would have shot, not the cop in the back

Not sure why the stop was setup around a curve. Not much he could do to avoid that. He had his hands up most of the time. Not sure why he was reaching down, unless he was getting off balance or he was getting shot at and decided to try to defend himself. Holes in the windshield, were they firing prior to the slide off. Not sure I see a shootout.
I thought I read he “charged at them”. Can’t do much charging in waist deep snow. And they may have been telling him to disarm himself and when he tried that they murdered him.

Hard to say. He was looking around as if responding to different people. It did look like he reached, but it’s been widely noted he carried on his hip. He looked like he was stumbling around a bit in the snow. He shouldn’t have rabbitted.
At 9:55 are those flash bangs or more shots at the truck? If there were two others shot (or was it one shot another injured), it had to have been as they approached the blind checkpoint or around that mark.
Didn’t look like he was charging them. I saw him getting out of the truck with his hands up. It looked like he was trying to surrender, at least at first. We need sound to to find out what happened after that. Yeh, it looks to me he was at least shot in the back.
Notice those guys lining up at 11:25 - 11:35, what are they doing? Is that a high five at 11:49?
too far away to see detail, but he definitely avoided the road block. got out of the car with. he looks like he had his hands up. then it looks like he’s failing at something. split second later they shoot him.

People see what they want to see.
We have many posters here who should run to Ferguson and continue chants about Michael Brown. That was felony fleeing in a vehicle and he jumped out and ran away instead of giving himself up. He had by my count many minutes to comply with the officers and he did reach for something, but I am sure several folks will be here shortly to call me a bootlicker and proclaim this is murder. It’s really fascinating that the only person killed was the one who drove away at high speed, wrecked into a snowbank, and jumped out of the vehicle while armed. The rest were not killed, yet many otherwise rational people here will proclaim over and over that it was cold blooded murder.
The same posters who claim murder might be the same ones who said not releasing the video was proof of their conspiracy. A few will probably suggest that the camera being behind the trees earlier covered up some other nefarious action by law enforcement.
People see what they want to see. That is the nature of conspiracy and the world we live in.
