This is a shortened and edited version of FBI footage showing the joint FBI and Oregon State Police traffic stop and OSP officer-involved shooting of Robert “LaVoy†Finicum on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
You’ll note that Finicum was shot by an Oregon State Police Trooper at relatively close range as he appeared to be reaching into his coat in a manner consistent with attempting to draw a handgun.
Flash bangs were then deployed in an effort to get the other occupants of the vehicle to surrender.

Considering that one of the troopers came out of the woods does seem to lend credence to the notion that this was an ambush.

Flash bangs can kill or render a person totally deaf in such a small space. those things need to be outlawed ESPECIALLY for cops.
A cop only wants to go home, what does it matter there is a body count to accomplish it. (worst case scenario)
The claim that Finnicum “charged the FBI” came from the “witness” who stated this on Facebook, not from the FBI.
At Waco, both sides claimed the other side ambushed them.
Shots went through the front door, and the physical evidence in that front door would tell which side was lying —the holes would show the bullet entry and exit sides.
But the FBI LOST the huge front doors.
They LOST them, and they burned down a church packed with believers, including 20 kids.
This video proves nothing.

I can’t find the video again but it looked like he had his hands up and then grabbed his body. I guess he could have been going for a gun but why, he had exited with hands high?
I’ll have to find it and watch it again.
