Complete Headline: Judicial Watch Releases Independent Counsel Memo Laying Out Criminal Case against Hillary Clinton in Whitewater Land Scandal

(Washington, DC) - Judicial Watch today released 246 pages of previously undisclosed Office of Independent Counsel (OIC) internal memos revealing extensive details about the investigation of Hillary Rodham Clinton for possible criminal charges involving her activities in the Whitewater/Castle Grande fraudulent land transaction scandal. The memos are "statements of the case" against Hillary Clinton and Webster Lee "Webb" Hubbell, Hillary Clinton's former law partner and former Associate Attorney General in the Clinton Justice Department. Ultimately, the memos show that prosecutors declined to prosecute Clinton because of the difficulty of persuading a jury to convict a public figure as widely known as Clinton. "These new Hillary Clinton prosecution memos are damning and dramatic," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "Hillary Clinton's bank fraud, obstruction, lies, and other fraud began in Arkansas, continued in the White House and actually accelerated because the suicide of her friend Vincent Foster. The memos suggest that if she weren't First Lady, she would have been successfully prosecuted in federal court."

It seems like over the years the more Judicial Watch posts on a subject the less likely anything will happen. Given we’re talking about a Clinton, I suspect this trend is not about to change.

That photo of Hillary needs to be updated to something more recent showing how aged she really is.

“I suspect this trend is not about to change”

She’s never had to run against a real estate developer before.

Trump may not be a lawyer but I’d bet he understands the laws concerning real estate development and why what PIAPS did was illegal. If he called out Mr PIAPS as a rapist he’ll have no compunction against simply saying PIAPS was a criminal.

Put water in the mud pit boys this is gonna get dirty!

SMILE?

Tickles me to the point that I’d have a prolonged gut busting laugh that would surpass her best cackle. Heck, the intensity might even encourage my becoming a candidate for a Chinese tuxedo!

When and if she is ever jailed this will send a clear message like roaches in the dark and suddenly the light is turned on in the room

In a just world, that would happen. But the world isn’t just and the Clintons skate every single time.

Yep. The recent public niceties between Hillary and Obama are giving away the fact Loretta Lynch will stop any attempt toward indicting her.

If lightning struck and the FBI did somehow have enough gumption to recommend indictment, Lynch will sit on the action and do nothing until the next big crisis — e.g., another terror attack — that grabs everyone’s attention. At that point, the administration will do its typical data dump on a Friday night, and included in it will be the quiet announcement there will be no indictment. All those breathless expectations that the FBI would respond with massive leaks and resignations will NOT occur, because the country would be in a time of crisis.

All this is entertaining, but there will be no indictment.

I disagree. The move by Obama was theater. It was calculated to get the FBI to back off which was a mock show of support. At this point that will not happen. There’s been a series of leaks from the FBI through various individuals with standing along with the one that should have gotten everyone’s attention. When the meeting within the FBI that found enough evidence of criminality to proceed was leaked, the FBI made it plain the investigation was proceeding on a solid basis.

The leak from at least two sources that the FBI was going back to the original sources to confirm email classifications was another.

The information about the number of communication systems and their independence and isolation which required extraordinary effort to circumvent came from multiple sources.

Watch for more leaks. The FBI is building its case by laying the groundwork in public. If the Justus. Dept. fails to take action, the other leak from many sources is that the results of the investigation will be disclosed publicly.

I can’t imagine the outrage that’s coming. Trump will excoriate the Clintons. The media that so far has shown itself unable to ignore the car wreck that the Trump circus has become will play its part whether it wants to or not in destroying Hillary Clinton. While truly died hard mouth breathers will still vote for her, more are going to stay home and not vote.

The sharks are circling. Hillary may not get jail time. She more than likely will get a Petraeus hanging where he was never indicted yet still penalized.

Hillary’s trial in the court of public opinion started months ago. you may want to invest in popcorn stock because the demand is going to skyrocket.

There may not be an indictment, but the leaks will be massive, and after Oregon, the FBI better be watching their backs. This combination completely destroys the Rule of Law in this country, and all bets will be off. It looks like it will be up to the citizens to take their country back, whatever means be necessary. I really wish it didn’t have to go this way, but corruption is complete and the government no longer serves the people.

Maybe "The smartest woman in America" can plea-bargain it down to one MONTH per violation!
