"too damaging to national security" = HUMINT TS/SCI/SAP or CNWDI RD/FRD. Thats what it is. People have spent decades in prison for unauthorized release/disclosure/handling of single CNWDI intel documents.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, there is an exemption that allows for highly sensitive, and in this case classified, material to be withheld in full — which means nothing would be released in these cases, not even heavily redacted versions, which has been standard practice with the 1,340 such emails made public so far by the State Department.

If that is not enough (1,340), to indict her right now, today, they will never have enough.

This old man is ready to join a ten million man march on D.C. to demand that the witch be tried.

Enough is enough. Bring on C.W. 2

IIRC there was one of her fingerprints recovered.

Also, they turned up the day after some kind of risk expired. I don’t recall specifically what.

If that is not enough (1,340), to indict her right now, today, they will never have enough.

AP, in today's article about this, claims that the action to be taken against someone for "mishandling" classified emails could be as severe as a warning:

"Possible responses for classification infractions include counseling, warnings or other action, State Department officials said, though they declined to say if these applied to Clinton or senior aides who've since left the department."

The map shows the election victory of Obozo.

There are up to twelve purple states or swing states as of 2012.

That map doesn’t look right. Did a Texan draw it?

Texas is bigger than Alaska geographically?

So why hasn’t she been arrested yet?

Technically, the DOJ needs to convene a Grand Jury for an indictment before she can be arrested.

That's when things are going to get REALLY interesting...

I am asking you what states that Obama won last time will the GOP win this time? The Dems start out with a huge electoral advantage.

Almost all of the so-called purple states lean Dem and they are getting bluer like VA. The Dems have won the popular vote in 5 out of the last 6 elections. Obama won his elections with the two highest vote totals in US history--by far.

Immigration is fueling the changing demographics. By 2019 half of the children 18 and under will be minorities as defined by the USG. Each cohort that turns 18 every year will be more minority and more Dem.

Obama got 3.5 million fewer votes in 2012 than he did in 2008 and Romney received one million more votes than McCain in 2008. Obama still won by 5 million votes.

She hasn’t yet stumbled OR fallen.

I’ve seen videos of her stumbling drunk though.

Ok...nice charts and graphics. Thanx for posting them. I’m just pointing out that the country appears to have drifted right through the past decade.

Huma realized she had been tapped as the fall guy when she found a horse’s head in her bed next to her horse’s ass.

Marion Barry has graciously offered to allow Huma to use his trademarked phrase: “The bitch set me up.”

Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania for certain

Fl will be in play with 29 electoral votes;

Ohio has gone Dem in four out of the last 6 elections could be in play 18 electoral votes;

PA not so much. PA has gone Dem in the last 6 elections 20 electoral votes

They total up to 67 electoral votes. If the Rep got all three and presuming they hold on to the ones they held in 2012, then it would be enough. I am not so sure they will get all three, especially PA. And the Reps will have a hard time holding on to NC.
