Not necessarily, if by 'too damaging to release' they mean 'too damaging to Hellary's presidential ambitions'...it all depends on what the meaning of 'too damaging' is is!

It sure looks that way. Therefore, Hillary Clinton has 'mishandled' sensitive national security information, committed perjury, probably compromised the safety of intelligence operatives, violated Obama administration regulations, compromised national security, and most likely did all of the above for her personal enrichment.

And yet, at least 40% of the country would still vote for her.
