I don't know what you "learned in school" from your presumably long dead middle school teachers. I "learned" from my teacher that if you were cut in outer space your blood would be blue, needless to say that isn't true as unoxygenated human blood is not blue, ignorant people only assume it is cause the veins appear blue. I also learned that Columbus had a tough time finding sponsors for his voyage cause (educated) people still thought the Earth was flat, a falsehood.
Cruz was born in 1970, under the law at the time he was a citizen at birth though his mother who met all the necessary qualifications, he was not and did not need to be naturalized and therefore was a NATURAL BORN citizen.
About Cruz's comments re Trump's mother, on this very website I've read birther theories that to be "natural born" both parents need to be natural born too, you see the stupid theories about the "real meaning" of "natural born" are MADE UP and thus NOT CONSISTENT. Under that extreme stupid birther theory, Trump would be out. Cruz only mentioned it because Trump started in with the stupid birther nonsense and he was perfectly justified in doing so. It illustrates how stupid this nonsense is.
As for my feelings about Trump, which I can tell you are not informed by religion since I'm not very religious, it's no secret, I'm against him. He's about my 9th choice for the nomination. I don't believe that he would govern as a conservative, or that he is a strong GE candidate. His ridiculous campaigning, especially this birther bilge (and also his repeating of debunked democrat lies about Scott Walker) has only decreased my already low opinion of him. I believe he will literally say anything to win, I expect a lot of left of center noises aimed at union voters if he wins the nomination.
Presently only state candidates are listed on the ballot.... NO presidential candidates are listed. So again I have NO clue who will end up on the ballot. I do not need you to give me anything. I am NOT the one seeking entitlements!!!!!!

Well, now it is Trumps agenda after the smartest guy in America lied. Maybe you are a different type, but usually trashing a man's mother generally is expected to draw a response.... And my Constitution still reads the requirement to hold the office of president one must be natural born. There is NO revise and extend, or reference to any Congressional ACT, or court citation changing the meaning of 'original intent'. Nobody has messed with changing that requirement yet. Cruz is trying to get himself exempted as well as Rubio, an anchor baby.

Scot Walker was my first choice. I have relatives that live in WI and I have heard for years what the libs tried to do to him and did successfully cause a living hell for people using their John Doe law.
