I’ve got a ‘No Solicitors’ sign on my door. If a salesman, campaign worker, whomever, goes ahead and rings my bell, our town ordinance says I can press charges for trespassing. But you have to have a sign, thanks to the ICLU lawyers.
This scolding letter isn’t illegal.
It’s just impolitic, nanny-ish, stupid ... just retarded.

If it just had the person the letter is sent to on it; maybe, but it's still in BAD taste.

With the neighbors' names and knowing that THEY would see one's name on it too....then this is just HORRIBLE, INVASIVE, and plain old STUPID!

its actually worse than that since it appears seriously threatening, with big red letters that say “VOTING VIOLATION” like someone is going to come to your door and bust it down and arrest you for voter fraud.

And what’s the point of “A follow-up notice may be issued FOLLOWING Monday’s caucuses” other that some kind of out-an-out threat or intimidation?
