I could understand if a mailer was snet out in an envelope stating that public records indicate you haven’t voted in a while and that I hope you will caucus Monday night for the future of our country and when you caucus, consider voting for Ted Cruz for President....or something along those lines. That would not be offensive and a very polite invitation as well as asking for the vote. The notice that the voting habits were gleamed from public records would not be offensive to the recipient as it would make sense.
This is a very bad move and one can squarely put this on his Campaign guru Jeff what’s his name. This looks like his work. I would be offended and either I would caucus and vote for someone else, or just not bother and say candidate so and so is a creep.
It's safe to say Cruz is not involved in personally approving every mailer that goes out and most likely had not seen this one before it went out.
Yeah, I agree.
it’s one thing to run and maybe not win or whatever, try again next time, or maybe you do win after all.
But to engage in something like this, I would venture to say, is pretty much going to destroy him.
I’m still going to hold out hope that this isn’t real. it’s all I can do, this is nuts.
