Early in the campaign he said the anchor baby policies as currently practiced aren't really legal; and after a media firestrorm, he followed up with saying he had received opinions from Constitutional scholars that supported his view. He also has mentoned Constitutional scholarship in relation to Cruz's birth status.
So, you point out that Trump is more than willing to bring up and use the Constitution AGAINST people, when it suits HIS purpose? Hey, isn’t there someone else that does that already? Sounds very Obamaesque.....
