To: Alas Babylon!

Good Sunday morning, AB and all!

I don’t know if I can handle watching the “Little Man” kissing up and throwing softballs to Hillary. I have a hard time listening to her voice. As mentioned previously, I think she had vocal lessons as her voice is deeper and she speaks in a very slow way (zzzzzz), except I’ve heard a few news clips when she was at the debate or a rally and her voice goes up (though not quite as screechy as it used to be). It’s like nails on a chalkboard for me.

The Donald is going to church with Melanie today and then will do 2 events in Iowa today. He did 3 yesterday and I watched them last night and this a.m. Didn’t get to see them live as I went to lunch with several of my girlfriends to support one of our friends that was diagnosed with cancer. She’s completed her radiation therapy but has more chemo to do (3 days 1 per month). Two of our friends even flew in from elsewhere, which was great and great seeing everyone - just not great about the circumstances.

Here’s the link to Trump’s live thread rallys today:

Really enjoyed the rally he had for Veterans the other night.

Have Maria on FNC on now - Kasich is on. She is pretty good and I usually turn her on as she is on between the other Sunday Talk Shows up here in the Great PNW.

So sorry to hear about your friend’s cancer. Prayers that she fights like the dickens, that she and the doctors get it whipped, and that she “keeps the faith.” Prayer works, just not always the way we want it to ;(
