Thank you - very kind of you. Yes, prayers work and all her friends and family will continue to keep her in our thoughts and prayers. It’s really tough for her as she lost her sister last summer, a brother a year or two ago, and her mother a year or two prior to that. Poor thing has really been through the wringer! The good thing is that she has a husband who is very supportive, loves to cook and does all the meals and her son just moved back from out of state so he could be close to her - he even showed up at the lunch yesterday to briefly say hi to everyone and hug his mom - he’s really a special young man (makes me happy to know that we have some/many in their twenties that are hard working, kind, and love their parents!).

Yeah, count me in, too, SC!

Hey, I was hoping for another Seattle-New England Superbowl... Too bad.

Wow - really a test of her faith, losing siblings and parents. Those are huge events in anybody’s life, and tend to sap strength in ways we aren’t even aware of. Good that her hubby and son are close and loving. we are all temporary on this earth, and I think all of use make massive mistakes in life priority. Nearly all, at any rate. I know I have, and still do. She and her family now have a focus that cures that sort of stupidity!
