One scenario no one has mentioned. Obama could step down as president this week and let old joe take over. Now, someone tell me if I am wrong, but, if he steps down that means he has not served 2 full terms, yet. Could he turn around and run for president?

Now, someone tell me if I am wrong, but, if he steps down that means he has not served 2 full terms, yet. Could he turn around and run for president? NO, Obama couldn't run that way, but Biden would have a much better chance as a 'sitting President'... Even so like Hillary the more we got to know Biden the less we would like his liberal ELITE ways and his lack of concern for the American middle class.

Yes. Joe has gone past the halfway point. He can run in 2016 and 2020 if the world lasts that long. This discussion came up when Ford became President.
