Rubio is the proxy for “the field”. When the options are Trump, Cruz, Someone else. That’s Rubio.

Been saying missing the debate was a strategic blunder. Iowa voters viewed it as a big poke in eyes.
Sure it adds up: Trump and Cruz have been directly tearing each other down for weeks now. Rubio not only is pretty much cornering the Establishment—and pro-illegal labor—vote, but he hasn’t been taking incoming the way the other two have.
Having two insurgent/grassroots/conservative candidates directly battling each other—the way Cruz and Trump have been fighting while they split the conservative vote—couldn’t be better for the GOPe.

I think this this season’s first massive dose of voter fraud.
And I think Trump can handle it.

I’ve been on the fence and leaning toward Trump, but, if this annoys him half as much as it annoys me, we are in for an interesting time.
