Actually I prefer Trum by a wide margin.
There’s nothing to be gained right now by being snarky or a childish winner.
I’m sitting here watching the results roll in and some people make fools of themselves.
If Ted wins, he worked hard for it and that’s fine by me.
I agree. Ted poured his heart and soul into Iowa. As a Trump supporter, I don't consider it shameful if he does finish 3-5 points behind. Nor will I consider Cruz's performance shameful should he end up losing.
I said at the beginning of the night that if the "good guys" finished with over 50% of the vote, I'd consider the night a victory as it would box out the GOPe candidate (Rubio). As a matter of fact, Carson is holding steady at 10% so we are talking nearly 65% of the vote between Trump, Cruz and Carson. Who would have predicted this a year ago? A year ago, we were all pretty much resigned to a Jebbie Bush coronation and there he sits at 2-3%. He's not going anywhere.
Although he's well back in 3rd, Rubio is doing too strongly for my liking. He's up to 22% right now. We Freepers need to stop taking potshots at each other and turn our attention to Rubio, who will come out of this night with much momentum and will give the GOPe new hope that they can divide us and steal this nomination after all.
Oh I agree....but it can still be fun....
