Hillary 49.8% 19 delegates Bernie 49.6% 21 delegates

That's really weird. How does Bernie end up with more delegate even though he has less of the vote? Iowa never made much sense to me. In 2012, Santorum won but ended up with zero delegates. Third place Ron Paul ended up with the lion's share.

I wondered too

It might be because of the number of precincts they won and not the number of voters

someone earlier on the radio said that the Ds do it different

Well MSNBC did predict earlier in the evening a legal action for a recount, expecting chicanery. Democrats deserve each other.
