Color me surprised if either Trump or Cruz end up much over 30, but for Trump to be 35 and Cruz 31, no, too high.
Small precincts are reporting in. If Trump matches Cruz across most of the small precincts it’s bad news for Cruz because Trump is going to take the bigger population areas.
