Same delegates for all three.

It's proportional representation and math.

30 (delegates) divided proportionately by 28%, 24% & 23% would be 8.4, 7.2 & 6.9.

This is close but (even when rounded out) NOT a tie! Why would all three take away the same number of delegates?
