Here in Texas we get a lot of people from all over the country, mainly the NE, coming in for the oil business.
The put down is common from these imports it’s not isolated to something the people in this area say.
Well, my son lives in Texarkana and he has never heard the term. Trump is not in the oil business, perhaps the term is limited to them.
It was a concession speech, I seriously doubt he meant it as a diss to Iowa—you just don’t like Trump and took a swipe at nothing.
