Rubio was busted for cruising.

Yes, there was a lot of coke being dealt at the “park” where the arrest was made.

The cops swept in and busted a lot of people, knowing that the charges wouldn't stick.

Rubio was busted with a guy he later moved in with.

A couple of year later, that guy was busted for running a live gay porn site.
