Christ tells us to do unto others what we would have them do unto us. I would not want to be accused of a lie if I got fooled by a false report, especially in the frenzy of a busy election night. Christians are obligated to avoid false accusations (there’s a commandment for that), and be charitable in interpreting the acts of others, to the extent possible. Sometimes there’s a smoking gun, and a real lie can be proven. But thinking CNN is reporting Carson out, and realizing that could help your guy, is not the same thing.

Peace,

SR

And they could have CALLED CARSON directly before using it to their advantage to verify if it was true or not.

Did they?

No. They ran with the lie because it helped them.

They also had a document prepared and read at the couci that said Trump until six months ago was pro partial birth abortion, amnesty, etc etc. and ran over his grandmother with a lawn mower.

One thing to support your guy.

Lying thinking that’s “God’s work” won’t work.

We will see. Off to NH and SC.
