The only reason he has avoided getting a clear, Declaritive Judgement is he knows the ruling will be against him - i.e. NOT born on US soil is NOT a NBC.

Rush was disgustingly mock-toned about this complaint from Carson. Said Cruz should fix it by giving Carson 2 or 3 of his delegates (tongue in cheek). Does Rush know that Cruz did NOT get all 30 delegates, but only 8? If he were to give away 3, Trump and Cruz (each with 7 delegates) would be tied for first place. Rush was pretty vile today, only one that uses Liberal tricks to get elected is Trump, not the pure conservative Cruz.
Since Cruz did a half hearted apology hard to say it didn’t happen. I read of some other “irregularities” in some caucus sites also.
So, his plan is to win as many primaries as he can (1 or more) and he thinks the issue will completely go away??

For example; what nasty evil stupid thing has Cruz done or said? Hardly anything worse than what Trump has done.
I don’t like what Cruz did with TPP but otherwise he has been pretty good since becoming a senator. He hasn’t done anything evil or nasty. All politicians do stupid things but Cruz’s are hardly any worse then Trump calling Iowans stupid.
