No, he was mocking Iowans for supporting Carson as I recall.

No. In Trump fashion, was talking about how stupid it would be for Iowans to back a candidate who would remove support for the product that Iowa has always been famous for producing, corn. He was talking about how stupid it would be to back a candidate who was in favor of removing support for a product that supports some seven hundred thousand offshoots and industries in the state; Ethanol.

Iowa’s governor wisely sided with Trump, saying that for that reason “Cruz must be defeated” So how stupid are the people of Iowa?
