It was determined some time ago that making it Breaking News puts it for consideration for the Side Bar, otherwise several people would post the live Thread, cluttering up the posting of articles.

If Cruz, Rubio and the other have LIVE THREADs they should be breaking news also, but so far no one does their rallies live.
