This is an older article, but never posted. Everyone needs to understand who Marco Rubio is and who owns him. The idea that Rubio came in 3rd in Iowa proves the public is still ignorant about anchor baby Rubio.

Rubio is owned by special interests. His speed talking implies he has a set of memorized answers or has been given questions in advance. The speed talking, combined with his licking of lips, thirst, and sweating can also imply other things, which might be innocent or not so innocent.

Rubio’s showing proves that the machine still runs things. The machine selects who wins. I remember in 2000 liberals were chanting “Selected, not elected” about Bush. The last few elections have proved them right. The president is selected by the power brokers. And they do what they’re told to do.

We the people are there to pay them with our money earned from hard work. We live on the farm and we buy our goods from the company store.

Not long ago several were posting “Don’t count Jeb out yet.” It appears Rubio is their guy and always has been. He lied to get elected to the senate and we all thought he was a giant killer when it turns out he’s just a giant replacement for the giant who retired and went home with his sack full of money.

This country does not need another election. To survive it needs something much more than that.

When it’s my time to vote, I’ll vote for the republican with the best chance of winning the presidency.

When it comes our time to vote the media will have told us that the Republican with the best chance of winning the presidency will be the least Republican of the field. That is what they told us about Ronald Reagan and they were wrong. That's what they told was about Dole, McCain and Romney and they were wrong. Normally voting for the conservative (not " Republican") with the best chance to win is the smart money play but not this time.

The fundamental issue for this cycle is immigration because if it is done Rubio's way, which is Chuck Schumer's way, there will be no conservative movement, no Republican Party, no United States as we know it. That means there are only two candidates in the race with a chance of winning who are right on immigration: Trump and Cruz.

This cycle is perhaps the last opportunity we have to win a national election unless we clean up the immigration mess because we are about to be inundated by a demographics tsunami. Yet this cycle we have perhaps a unique opportunity to win because of the deplorable record of Barack Obama, the impending recession, the looming threat rising around the world, the age of the socialist Sanders and the corruption of Hillary Clinton. Even if Clinton avoids indictment, it is quite likely that she will be handily defeated in November by anyone of the three Republicans now in contention, Cruz, Trump and Rubio.

So the question is not whether we can find a Republican who can beat Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, the question is which one of the three is a bona fide conservative who will stand fast on immigration. Rubio is disqualified on immigration. Trump is disqualified as a bona fide conservative.

Ted Cruz can handily beat the Democrat and he will yield a conservative administration with the best chance of saving the Republic and drawing us back from the brink.

I knew everything in that article and I still support Rubio. It is not ignorance it is the best chance to beat the Clinton machine. Rubio is not McCain nor Romney, he is a conservative and can win. If we keep flaming him we are our own worse enemy. Trump is no conservative and Ted Cruz may win the nomination but will never win over independents and as almost no chance to unite the party.
