How much different is Cruz than the run of the mill GOPe type as far as glowBULL trade and open borders? For me anyway he does not evoke excitement. He vote for TPA and he wanted a 500% increase in H-1B. He is a good candidate but how much different is he? Should I believe his reversals any more than Trumps? What makes a good reversal as opposed to a bad unbelievable reversal?

Unlike high-homeownership countries like Spain, Ireland and the US, Germany doesn’t let homeowners deduct mortgage-interest payments from their taxes. Without that deduction, the benefits of owning and renting are more evenly balanced. “Both homeowners and landlords in Germany are barely subsidized,” wrote Voightländer in a paper on low homeownership rates in Germany.
