Eh, like I said, no sign of a conspiracy here on State’s part. A high-ranking official who’s work area is in a classified documents handling zone has a separate machine set up outside of the secured area, not connected to the State Department network, for personal use.

If HRC and her minions abused that system to improperly transfer classified information (which we know they did), that’s on them. It doesn’t mean the system was set up by State with the purpose of allowing it. See the difference?
She had NO state department email. Would it not cross your mind that senior, and even some junior, State Department officials might want to email something job related to her? Hillary’s intent from the beginning was to have none of her decisions or communications ever captured by email.
That is a clear violation of the spirit and letter of the Federal Records Act.
