"Will a grand jury be empaneled by the Justice Department?" That just triggered a thought. They might... and then the 'prosecutor' would do such a lame job of presenting evidence that they fail to return an indictment... which would still be sufficient for the media to declare that there's 'nothing here' and do a de facto exoneration of her Hillaryness.
