Congress kept picking off "underlings" and sending them to prison. REAL prison.
Even Nixon's Attorney General wasn't "immune".
And their crimes were chicken scratch by comparison.
Under Obama, congress won't even *dare* threaten underlings or minions with hard time.
What is congress afraid of?
