Trump Says He’ll Probably Sue Over Iowa Results, Accuses Cruz Of “Voter Fraud”

Donald Trump says he will probably sue over the results of the Iowa caucuses, accusing Ted Cruz of committing voter fraud to win.

In an interview on Boston Herald Radio on Wednesday, Trump criticized the Cruz campaign for spreading a CNN report saying Ben Carson would not travel to New Hampshire and South Carolina after the Iowa caucuses, suggesting Carson was getting out of the race. Cruz apologized to Carson on Tuesday for his campaign not sending out updates that Carson was doing laundry and not dropping out

"One of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. They said he was quitting the race and to vote for him," said Trump.

Asked if he would sue, Trump said, "I probably will, what he did is unthinkable. He said the man has left the race and he said it during the caucus. And then when the clarification was put out by Ben Carson saying it's untrue, they got the statement and they didn't put it out."

Thanks. Just came across it as well.

So I can only conclude that ALL politicians are dumber than dirt.

They didn’t vote for him.

This reminds me of the two Democrat state legislators about 20 or more years ago who lost their elections and sued their constituents for depriving them of their constitutional right to hold office.

I don’t think so. He is just bringing to light some unethical activities at the caucus locations.

I’ll laugh while reading his words. Rush proved to those with ears that he is all in for the GOPe.

Rubio surging, wait for it.

Yes, I agree that is what happened, but the longer Trump spins his wheels in anger land, that is time wasted where he is not selling a positive vision of America’s future.

Yes, we are angry, but we do not want to remain angry.

Anger is a difficult emotion to sustain, because it’s a heavy burden to carry.

He can't do that, his megalomaniacal self won't/can't let that happen........there is no one smarter than the omnipotent one.

I do not want this type of man (no matter who it is) NEAR that football.

Putin must be banging his head against the wall, thinking he saw a man in Trump. Think Trump will be able to handle Putin after this? Not on your life.

Good point. But I would rather Trump or Cruz with the football than Hillary or even Bern.

Putin might calculate that Hillary would never retaliate...

You have a point as well regarding hellary, nor do I want her. Trump is not going to make it through, self imploding. I can live with any one left.

Question to myself: Trump has a wife, and 2 former wives with whom he is still on decent speaking terms. He also has a very responsible daughter and two straight arrow adult sons. Can’t ANY of those people talk sense to him, and ask him to just tone it down, be a gentleman, and run a presidential-toned campaign?

If none of those people can get through to him, or talk sense to him, then I question his desirability as the man in the Oval Office. It’s really got me thinking, and watching like a hawk.

OK, Trump, you just lost me.

Be disappointed and even bitter if you must. But that is a scurrilous charge, and you have not a whit of evidence to back it up.

Are you sure you are ok with Rubes or Yeb! ???

They may let the Syrian Hordes in. Oklahoma City was hit by ‘The Third Terrorist’. Remember Jayna Davis?

“Who is he going to sue? CNN? the GOP party? I would think that now would be a bad time to be making enemies.”

When is a good time to be making enemies, Trump has been alienating people right and left since he said he was running for the nomination, its what he does best. The Dems have their Clinton and unfortunately the Republicans have their Trump.

Would not like them, but I would hold my nose and vote for them anyway...My point is we cannot allow an insane man at the helm.

Yes I remember her well.....there was much more to OKC than is known....and much of it died with the speedy trial and execution of McVeigh.

I remember that third terrorist, I remember I think it was Jayna who said they had arrested a suspect (arab type), but "let" him go......more to that as well I'm sure.

I think it was al Hussien Husanni or some other spelling.

He was part of Sadam’s elite intelligence unit.

Of course, we all know there was no WMD that was sent to Syria, nor was Sadam ever our enemy....

I am still deciding if Trump is crazy, crazy like a fox or both.

At least he and Cruz are getting in the trenches to fight instead of running home to do dirty laundry!

Long time ago I read a book called Integrity Selling.

It was basically a book for sales people whose central point was close a deal by highlighting how purchasing any given product benefits the buyer.

How does my product benefit and enrich you, the buyer?

I don’t see any such thing going on right now with Trump.

What I see in my future if I purchase Trump’s product, which is Trump himself, is a candidate and perhaps a president who get bogged down in the weeds with people who he perceived have wronged him in some way.

How does that benefit me as a voter? What is my motivation to trade my vote for such a product?

Now does this mean I’m switching my vote to Cruz or Rubio?

No.

I feel like I’m kind of adrift right now in a stormy sea with no raft.

Sucks.

Awww come on Mr. Trump. Ted won. Give the man his due and move on. Tell me how you are going to adapt and concentrate on winning NH and future States. The Canada outrage isn’t going to cut it. Immigration halt will.
