Hey, I just turned 60 and I find the exercise they provide exhilarating. Wife is afraid I`m going to drop dead from a heart attack, but the family sawbones says as long as I avoid this type of exercise when it’s too hot or too humid, I`m fine. He also says my ticker is in better shape than most guys 10-15 years younger.

So is mine since I had a quadruple bypass in the summer of 2014. I turn 70 in a couple more months. I have about a quarter acre of yard and I actually do enjoy mowing. I put in my ear plugs under my ear muffs and I can’t even hear the wife hollering at me. :o)
