Maybe that is because CNN never said that Carson was dropping out of the race. The only thing that the Cruz campaign cares about is plausible deniability. Captain Cruz, “It was all just a big misunderstanding; You can have it. You have to give me a minute to put it in a box for you, okay?”
I support Cruz, but have yet to see a video or transcript of a video in which CNN reports that Carson is dropping out of the race. Nothing, Nada, Ziltch.
It is becoming quite evident that this important election cycle is quickly descending into a childish season of “He said ... She said” accusations, epithets and innuendos from both parties instead of sticking to the dire issues facing this country and verbalizing solutions to bring it out of almost certain destruction.

Greta slobbers over Trump every night. I think it was this nutty cultist (Scientology) that took him to the White House Correspondents Dinner - and he may have even announced his run on her show.
She adores him, so 7 PM - 8 PM EST on Fox News is the Donald Trump hour where candidate favoritism is concerned. Hannity still seems in the tank for Trump too, but I notice his fellow radio hosts (and personal friends) seem to have fallen off the bandwagon once Trump started in with his birther smears on Cruz.
O’Reilly and Rove got in on it as well. I like Ben Carson a lot but I don’t believe conservative voters are sheep and if Ben wants somebody to blame he should look in the mirror.

First, I don’t trust either Cruz or Trump, but if a large number of people actually changed their vote from Carson to Cruz based on this stunt, why haven’t they come forward?
Really, this is much ado about nothing. Carson came out better than he was expected to do from the polls, so this is just silly.
