Has anyone posted this info yet? If not, could someone more skilled than I please post it for our consideration.

The Federal Election Commission is giving Cruz until Mar. 8th to “clean up” the problems with not filing his “loans” from Goldman Sachs and Citibank properly...

Here is the link, ad it doesn’t look like good news for the Harvard lawyer and his Goldman Sachs wife.

Why is it bad news for Cruz? He has said all along that he would likely have to file an amended report to the FEC, and this letter merely asks him to do so.

I deal with Federal agency request letters all the time - this one is about as polite and non-threatening as it gets.

A letter allegedly mailed on Feb 2, shows up on the internet one day later? Yeah, right. The post office ain’t that fast.
