Marijuana, LSD, Heroin, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, are all legal to use in Mexico by its citizens since 2009.
No they haven't - production and sale of drugs remain illegal in Mexico.

Sorry brother... we as society allow this problem to fester... something needs to be done... translates to... anyone dealing this drug is either executed or put in prison for life with no chance of getting out....
This drug is readily available, dirt cheap.... and is impacting society greatly....
This issue may not be a problem in your neck of the woods... but it is most certainly a huge problem... and a growing one... on the East coast and NE....

Sorry to hear.... this drug has taken so many.... just heard about another over the weekend....
If we can’t stop it from coming in... or refuse to... than we need to start punishing those dealing it, transporting it... or any way in assisting in its’ distribution... with death....
You want to deal death.... than understand you will pay the same price eventually....
