Cruz has better puppet strings. Big donors prove that, as do the dirty tricks used to win on caucus night.

Ted sacrificed “principled” on the altar of winning. The idea that Cruz is “principled” is nothing but ashes now.

“Yes, it’s cool to ridicule Evangelicals”

Are they some sort of protected species? I’ve had my problems with that group for years because they’ve turned Christianity in America into a joke. I dont see them as anything but get rich and go-through-the-motion Christians that somehow have some idea that they “control” what other can and cannot say on political issues.

“Cool to mock the most viable and conservative candidate. “

You mean people on FR have other people they want to support and we arent just following the blessed son of God, Cruz of Galilee, like good sheep just because THAT is what you demand?

“Cool to demean Jim Robinson’s favorite candidate.”

How about you not speak for him? You Cruz people have had MANY of your fellow zealots kicked off of this site for attacking HIM, so do yourself a favor and not put words in his mouth.

Oh, and you forgot, Trump called Iowans stupid

And still only “lost” by 4 percent. That is pretty funny. Cruz was in Iowa for 2 years, spent a ton of money and had a decent ground game and barely won. Even God picked him as the future President and still only got 4 percent.

+ ad hominem. Which is always so cute because it’s a tactic used when losing.

Coincidence? You know it’s not.

It's not a Ccoincidence it's just the facts and both Rove and Trump know the facts.

Rove is no friend to Trump. He is a bushie, however Rove nicely lays out the case that team Cruz lied about Carson and that team Cruz knew they were lying.

They didn’t lie. They passed on a news story from CNN, who got it direct from the Carson campaign, that suggested that Carson was throwing in the towel. Cruz has an organization that instantly disseminates important news stories to his people in the field, and they ran with it. There wasn’t some sort of premeditated conspiracy. And to my mind, the Carson campaign is to blame for this brouhaha more than any other actor by far. They should not have given the impression that Carson was throwing in the towel, and Carson shouldn’t have made it look like he is giving up by going back home when he should have immediately gone on to New Hampshire.

OK. CNN reported that Carson was dropping out of the race, and the Cruz people passed that along in hopes of picking up Carson supporters.

They're not allowed to do that? What are they supposed to do with that information?

Seriously, you're saying that parlaying what was on the news, was wrong?

My gut tells me watch how the libs react and let that be your guide on who to vote for.

In this case, they reserve their greatest hate for Cruz.

One may not believe in God, but you can bet the devil sure believes in Him.

No, I would never vote for Rubio. I would vote for Sanders before Rubio, although not happily.

If Trump flames out, I believe Cruz will be nominated.

I also believe he will lose. He’s Elizabeth Warren’s dream candidate.

I agree with you. Reagan was elected with and without the NEW wave evangelicals. But, after elected, the NEW wave evangelicals kicked up their heels and the result eventually was BILL CLINTON, nearly AL GORE, and Barack Obama.
All because “they” were the only experts on any issue.
To wit, they are one of the main reasons we have had the likes of Clinton and Obama. Dont like this candidate? To heck with it, we are staying home. And walla! We get what they did not want.

Not a bit of diference between them and extreme socialists.

Maybe it is time we had a businessman as president. Have we ever had anyone other than a life long lying politician as POTUS in the history of this nation?

They're just trying to rattle people and the media engaged in their daily noise....good thing Cruz stays his course. Impressive campaign people too.........glad he's my choice for President....and that is steadfast for I know the foundation Cruz stands on.

Busy days in NH.....staying the course....

Well seeing how we have more red states than blue states now, our chances of pulling this off has never been better. But beyond that, Cruz may be our only hope to save this country from the socialist abyss. I truly believe that Cruz is probably our last hope, and that if any other candidate wins this country is done for.

Cruz is the only candidate who will methodically go through and cancel Obama’s socialist executive orders.

Cruz is the only one who will undo the socialism that Obama has been feverishly writing into our bureaucracy.

Cruz is the only candidate who will attempt to overturn Obamacare with every fiber of his being.

Cruz is the only candidate who will find a way to root out all the sleepers Obama leaves behind in our government.

Cruz is the only candidate who will undo Obama’s mission and leadership transformation of our military.

I could go on and on...

To sum up, Cruz is the only candidate who has the intelligence, experience, and fortitude to root out every aspect of the Obama legacy...and then go on OFFENSE to restore the AMERICAN REVOLUTION both at home and abroad.

CA+OR+WA+NY+NJ+CT+MA+MD+IL+WI+MN+FL+VA = 282.

Cruz cannot compete in any of those states. It doesn’t matter how many “red states” there are.

Conservatism used to be capitalism and America first, now it's globalist piety

Ask yourself - what have they conserved? What do they want to conserve?

You need to be one of the Priests, problem solved. Jesus told us we would be saint's and priests and we win in the end. I don't understand how people don't know this and preach it in their pulpits.

I keep reading here on FR( you think they would know better)that Cruz's dad is some sort of snake handler preacher. Go to church. Learn your Scripture. All will be explained.

If you go to a church with a bunch of men in robes, swinging bowls of incense chanting a bunch of repeated sayings, you probably won't get much Scripture explanation. Read your Bibles.

Ronald Reagan won in every one of those states except MN. All Ted has to do is win a couple. I don’t see that as a problem, whether it’s Hillary or Bernie Sanders.
