And he’s right. Cruz was a big pusher for Roberts. He’s close friend.

Yeah, like on a lot of stuff, Cruz uses the “Aw shucks, I just had no idea” excuse, but it’s still a fair thing to point out.

But yeah, we gotta protect Cruz for criticism.

And then the usual “fighting against Obammacare” i.e. the usual kabuki theater that the rest of the GOP engaged in smokescreen?
