Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace return for March 3 debate

Fox News will host its final Republican primary debate of the cycle on March 3, in Detroit, Mich.

While a March debate hosted by Fox had always been on the RNC's debate schedule, the exact day and location were not yet known. The debate will be held five days before the state's primary on March 8.

The network also announced that anchors Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly and Chris Wallace will return to co-moderate the debate. Donald Trump boycotted the last Fox News debate in January partly over Kelly's inclusion as moderator and the network's refusal to remove her from the event.

A Fox spokesperson confirmed that a contract for a venue has not yet been locked down, but sources and other media reports point to The Fox Theatre in Detroit.

Looks like Fox is attempting to get Trump to boycott another debate if Kelley is in the mix.

If Trump wins NH, SC and the SEC primaries Kelly will be gone. If he doesn’t then it won’t matter.

Wouldn’t it be great if all remaining candidates all decided to boycott that event? (Wishful thinking on my part). Haven’t we already had enough of the debates, what’s more to learn?

Here I will write the first question.

Most of you here today said you will repeal Obamacare and replace it. What is the plan will you propose to cngress to replace it with and will you require the individual mandate even though it is unconstitutional?

How is that? If that doesnt shake out the bushes-no pun intended, nothing will.

I guess I can understand the ignorance. Real moderators have been gone so long for these things most of you don’t understand the proper role of the moderator.

The moderator is there to manage the clock and ask questions to spark a discussion amount the candiates that shows allow the debators to compare/contrast their views and positions.

Clown moderators ask questions designed to interject themselves into the debate. They ask questions that really have no bearing on anything but the modetor trying to show off for their fellow clowns in the “news” media.

Kelly and Wallace are ego driven publicity whores more interested in hyping their career by showing off their “toughness” then doing their job. Instead of serious policy questions, we get the standard issue Media jackass behavior.

Based on their conduct the RNC should tell Fox to pick some OTHER Fox personalities who can actually moderate or lose the debate slot.

“Donald Trump boycotted the last Fox News debate in January partly over Kelly’s inclusion as moderator and the network’s refusal to remove her from the event. “

That,’s once again, a lie.

Just amazing how the sort of moderator mis-conduct any other News Media organization would be taken to the woodshed around here for by Conservatives magically becomes ok if Fox News is the perpetrator

Expect Trump to start bimbo tweeting and demanding she be removed as moderator on February 25.

Johnnie, I’ve been watching Presidential politics since 1960, even before televised debates. I’ve watched my share of debates through the years, so I’ll match my understanding of effective moderation against anybody here.

Moderators should stimulate discussion, not play patty-cake with thin-skinned prima donnas.

Make ‘em talk, give them rope, let us see how they explain themselves with the world watching, and let the voters decide.

Those who refuse to watch are merely afraid to have their preconceived notions challenged.

If you don't mind Hillary or Rubio as the next President.

RINO Central will be equally happy with either.

fanboys of Fox are Idiots if you can't see what's going on.

Trump didn’t participant in the debate because of Roger Ailes childish press release mocking Trump. He was about to do the debate before the release
