This wasnât an issue in Dresden during WWII. It wasnât an issue when we firebombed Japan back to the stone age. It wasnât an issue when we vaporized two entire Japanese cities. WTF happened? Incidentally, the killing of 25,000 to 35,000 people in the Dresden firebombing was encouraged by Josef Stalin, if Diana West is to believed. Unlike the usefulness of the other bombings, it was something of a...moral spot on our WWII campaign since there was very little military value to the Dresden operation.
