Maybe we can interject Rickoverisms into the discussion. Such as: The reason there is a Nuclear Power School for officer’s, even if they won’t be actually fixing anything, is that you can’t manage something you don’t understand and haven’t tried to do at least once. Application: Do we really want a President who has never actually gotten a federal government bureaucracy to do something they wanted the bureaucracy to do? Even worse, do we want someone who couldn’t even properly fill out a form from a federal government bureaucracy?
