NH Poll: Donald Trump Flat, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz Gaining
Quinnipiac: Trump And Rubio Up, Cruz Down

One is a national poll and one is a regional poll. Not a surprise really.
This is a national poll. The other poll you mentioned is a New Hamphire poll.
The polls have been mostly accurate.
No trouble if you read more than the headlines. Depending on when the specific polls were taken it may be accurate in both cases. If the numbers in one poll don't change for Trump from poll period to poll period, then he is, in fact, flat. However, if in the other poll, during the different poll periods he gains, then that is accurate as well. It's relative to the specific polls. Unfortunately, many people only read the title and want to derive their own outcome.
