The resolution calls for those who intentionally commit atrocities for religious or ethnic reasons to be charged with crimes against humanity.
ISIS has persecuted Christians, Yazhidis, and Shiite Muslims in Iraq and Syria.
Christians have been told to renounce their faith, pay a tax, or forfeit their lives. Many have been barbarically killed.
Islamic State fighters have also destroyed churches, monasteries, and other religious and historic buildings.
Advocates say the resolution will help save lives and stop the atrocities. Now, they're turning to the U.N. Security Council for a similar resolution.
The Russians will be enforcing it in Syria ... shortly.
The US ambassador to the UN has remained mostly silent during all this genocide.
Samantha Power was at one time the “genocide queen.” She screamed genocide all the time. Now that she’s working for the Obama regime, she’s blind to it.
It is absolutely shocking how this bizarre woman hasn’t been screaming genocide while all this was going on. I guess some genocide is okay with this loon.

It has no implications without the big battalions, and they ain’t coming.
Excellent, they finally have the legal authority, so now after a year or two moving the process through various bueracratic hurdles they will finally be able to get down to business and start issuing strongly worded letters.
