Where was Trump? Pandering to DREAMers.
I didn’t like Kelo and think that eminent domain should be used with restraint, and anyone subject to such “taking” should be very amply compensated for their trouble. It should also be for legitimate public benefit, not remotely speculative.
But, what role does a President play in eminent domain? None as far as I know. Does anyone know the positions of other candidates on this subject?

TED talked about a wall long before TRUMP even thought about running for POTUS. It is key to TED’S immigration plan.

The commercial brake saved Trump. Trump changed the facts they were talking about which was using eminent domain for his casino.
It is absolutely unconstitutional to take private property (eminent domain) for PRIVATE USE. Eminent domain may only be use for PUBLIC use.
