Jeb was petty bringing up the house that owner would not sell in and tried to paint Trump as a mean person. Trump fired right back at Jeb who was trying to appear strong and brave at Trump’s expense. Jeb did not disagree with the Keystone pile line project with regards to eminent domain. He is for it even though private property will have to be purchased to complete the job.

Jeb used the “poor widow” argument and he failed. Trump made her offer for multiple times the actual value of the Property, with the Blessing of the Atlantic City Redevelopment Agency and the Woman refused.
They took it to Court and the Woman Won. Trump moved on and ultimately the Woman’s Family sold for a tenth of the Money Trump offered.
The “poor widow” wasn’t kicked into the Street with just the clothes on her back as is being inferred, but Jeb’s Donors in the Audience are eating it up.
Trump was also correct that the Keystone Pipeline is ultimately a Private Project. Of course, this whole thing is just a gotcha and get the other guy show, not a Debate about the real issues.

He always likes to muddy the waters when eminent domain comes up. Trump’s MO:
1. Bring up schools, roads, and other public projects.
2. Talk over and insult anyone who reveals the fact that eminent domain was a means to line your pockets.
3. Change the subject (e.g., only donors in the audience...they don’t like me...waaaaah).
He’s clearly the standout. Let’s hope NH goes for Mr Trump.
Trump is for touchback and Cruz isn’t.
