I would rather have a business man like Trump offer me money for my property than the state. The state is like the mafia when they want your property and they don’t want to pay diddly.
it’s not trump offering you money like an arms length transaction. it’s trump using the gov’t to FORCE you to sell it to him.
He hammered that old woman in Atlantic City. He eventually lost but he tried to absolutely steam roll her. I specifically remember watching it on the news for weeks/months on end.
We were cheering her for not caving to the bully.
