Seems that if you don't want to sell something you own, the government shouldn't be able to force a sale at current market price. Obviously, you value it higher than that, or you would sell. At least twice the value and they must prove compelling public interest.

Write a Letter to the Supreme Court of the United States, attention Chief Justice Roberts.

He has more power to reverse Kelo than any one of the guys on that Debate Stage.

Last time I checked, all this Redevelopment stuff is under Local Government Control, not with the POTUS of any Party.
